Our Core Values ~

Uplifting the Imagination.

Our team of editors grew out of a local Catholic writers’ group which shares a passion to craft and spread high-quality, meaningful stories and thought-pieces.

We seek writing which upholds the transcendental values of Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. While we do not shy away from heavy subject matter tastefully written, we do not intend to publish works that glorify the immoral or serve purely as escapism. Similarly, we are not looking for works that come across as ‘preachy’ or ‘didactic.’ By avoiding these extremes in our published works, we seek to express truth in a good and beautiful way that will uplift our readers’ imaginations.

Submitted pieces will be judged on a case-by-case basis as to whether the subject matter is being expressed in a manner in keeping with the above guidelines.

Publication Terms:

All submitted works must be previously unpublished.
Work made with the use of AI or any generated material is prohibited.
If your submission is accepted, we acquire First North American Serial Rights, meaning we will be the first to publish the work in print and digital formats. We retain exclusive publishing rights for six (6) months following the publication date of the issue in which the work appears. After this six-month period, all rights revert to the author.
If the work is republished elsewhere in the future, we ask that our journal be credited as the original place of publication.
At this time, we are a volunteer-run publication and are unable to offer monetary compensation to contributors. Our goal is to provide a thoughtfully-curated platform for high-quality pieces and emerging local writers, and to foster literary community.
